Delivery and collection

Classic Crockery vans and drivers deliver and collect all over London and the surrounding counties as well as further afield when required, 7 days a week, 24hrs a day. Our fleet complies with Transport for London’s Standard for the Ultra Low Emission Zone.

Our minimum quotation/order value is £200 for London/M25 area plus delivery plus VAT. For outside London/M25 the minimum order depends on the mileage and the type of order. Please contact our office team on 0203 095 9818 for more details.

If you wish to save the delivery cost, you can collect the items from our West London warehouse at Unit 1 Felthambrook Industrial Estate, TW13 7DU, simply return them when your event is over, please note the minimum order for self-collection/drop off is £200.00 of goods of hire (excluding VAT)

The best way for you to save money is: be on time if we are meeting you, give us a contact number of a person on site, collect all the items hired from us together ready for us to collect, and make sure everything is packed ready for us to collect.

Cost of delivery and collection
Our standard delivery and collection charges are based on your location and the time/day of the week, calculated for door-to-door service and it does not cover delivery inside the premise, otherwise agreed during the order booking. Please contact us to get a firm quote.

Waiting time
We have to plan our routes and depending on the size of the order we allow a specific amount of time to deliver and collect from you. If our drivers have to wait to deliver or collect items we charge £15 per quarter of an hour.



Tableware and Smaller Items

We use compartmented crates for glasses and cups, rigid plastic crates for plates, glassware, cutlery and everything else. For good measure some items like tea pots and glass jars may be supplied in padded cloth pouches as well as crates.

Larger Items and Furniture

All deliveries and collections are made to a ground level entrance, unless pre-arranged. If you require items carried into your premises we may need help to do this. Please speak to us when you order, to avoid charges when we arrive at your site.

Chairs and tables are packed in cages on wheels. Each cage can hold 40 chairs or 10 tables, we deliver them to you in these roll cages. We cannot wheel the cages on gravel, down or up steps or through some doorways. Please discuss your venue with us when ordering Chairs and Tables as we don’t like having to charge extra when we deliver and collect.

When we collect items supplied in roll cages they must be repacked in the cages as supplied.
