Job Vacancy: Order administrator

This role will require someone who has excellent multitasking skills due to the fast-paced environment and constant changing of clients requests.

Good English spoken and written, we deal with high volumes of emails and calls, so in order to maximise orders and deliver the best customer service excellent communications skills are imperative.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Sending quotes, orders confirmations and rentals agreements to clients

-Answering enquiries and processing of orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner by phone and email with excellent communications skills

-Good IT and administrations skills, attention to details

-Must be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and flexible approach

-Ability to work through complex situation and find workable solutions

We will provide all the necessary training, we do have a large products range and a bespoke software we use specifically for the industry.
